Our Trip
We went to Bolton Flats for the bird-a-thon and walking in we heard an American Bittern and we got 5 Common Nighthawks. They were flying around and calling! and also there was a Killdeer with 2 Deers! And also we got an American Woodcock and Virginia Rail!
Our next spot when we just got there we got an Eastern Whip-poor-will in the parking lot. When we started to drive out we saw a bird fly and we stopped and it was a Veery and we recorded it singing!
We finished with 31 species tonight in only a quick amount of time!
